Can I get a quote? Yes, we provide free quotes. Just email or telephone us with what you need, and we will provide a quote, usually within 24 working hours if we have all the information required.
How do I place an order? You can email your order to sales@beelineonline.co.uk or call us on 0845 850 9840.
How long does it take? We are creating bespoke items for you, so please allow ten working days for your order to be completed.
How can I pay? You will be asked to enter your debit or credit card details when placing your order online, or you can pay over the 'phone by calling 0845 850 9840.
What about artwork? Just email us your artwork (pdf,ai or vector format is ideal) for us to reproduce your design. A high resolution image produces the best results.

Can I see samples? Yes, you are welcome to purchase blank samples if you would like to see a particular size, colour or style. However, due to the high administration costs, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Do you have a showroom? No, however our website has a huge range of products with detailed specifications.
Do you decorate garments which I supply? No, we only decorate garments purchased from Beeline. This ensures the products are completely compatible with our printing and embroidery machinery.
